Merrimack Engineering: How's the program?

Hello, I was looking into Merrimack College for their engineering program. Does anyone here have any experience or knowledge about it? What's the reputation, and how are the professors and resources in the program? Would appreciate any input!

Merrimack offers a range of engineering degrees, including civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering. The curriculum of each program is designed to emphasize hands-on learning and practical experiences. Students have opportunities to participate in internships, co-ops, and research projects, which can help them apply their knowledge to real-world situations and build a professional network.

While Merrimack is not a large engineering school, and thus may not have as much variety in courses or research opportunities as larger institutions, students appreciate the smaller class sizes and individualized attention they receive from professors. The faculty are known to be experienced and committed to teaching, which leads to a supportive learning environment.

The college's engineering facilities and resources are also considered to be good, with state-of-the-art laboratories and equipment available for student use. Students also have access to various engineering clubs and organizations, which foster a broader sense of community and providing avenues for networking and extracurricular involvement.

While Merrimack's engineering program may not be as well-known as that of some larger institutions, the intimate learning environment and applied experience can be valuable for students who thrive in a smaller setting. If you're interested, it's definitely worth visiting the campus, talking to faculty and current students, and learning more about the opportunities and resources available. Good luck!
