How can I check my ACT scores online?

Hey, I recently took the ACT, and now I'm a bit stressed waiting for my scores. Does anyone know how and when I can check them online? Thanks in advance!

When your ACT scores are ready, you'll receive an email notification from the ACT organization. Typically, it takes about 2-3 weeks for scores to be released after the test date. However, it could take up to 8 weeks for scores from the writing portion.

To check your ACT scores online, follow these steps:

1. Go to the ACT website (act.org) and click on "Sign In" at the top right corner of the homepage.

2. Enter your registered account's email address and password. If you haven't already created an ACT account, you'll need to do so by clicking "Create Account" and following the prompts.

3. Once you're logged in, you'll see a dashboard with a range of options. Look for the section titled "Test Scores" and click on "View My Scores."

4. If your scores are available, they'll be displayed on the screen along with the specific test date.

Keep in mind that colleges and universities might take additional time to process your ACT scores, so it's essential to be patient and give them a few weeks to acknowledge your scores.

Remember to stay calm while waiting for your scores. In the meantime, you can always continue working on other aspects of your college application and prepare for any potential retakes if you're not satisfied with your results. Good luck!
