How to determine SAT score?

Hi all, I recently took the SAT and I'm a bit stressed about it. Is there a specific procedure to determine my SAT score? When can I expect to receive the scores and is there a dashboard or website where I can view them?

Hi! It's completely normal to feel stressed about your SAT scores, but don't worry; you'll receive your scores in a few weeks. Typically, the College Board releases SAT scores around 13 days after the test date. However, the timeframe may vary slightly for specific testing periods. You can find more information on the College Board's schedule of score release dates on their website.

To access your SAT scores, you'll need to create an account (if you haven't already) and log in to the College Board website at www.collegeboard.org. Once logged in, you'll find your scores under "My SAT" in your dashboard. The scores are broken down into two sections: Evidence-Based Reading and Writing (with a maximum score of 800) and Math (also with a maximum of 800). Your total SAT score is the sum of these section scores, giving a score range between 400 and 1600.

While you're waiting for your SAT scores to be released, it's good to have some perspective on the significance of your score. Remember that colleges look at multiple aspects of your application, such as your GPA, extracurricular activities, and essays. Your SAT score is only one piece of the puzzle, so don't stress too much as you await your results.

Good luck and I hope your scores turn out great!
