Which state averages higher ACT scores: Arkansas or NC?

I was curious about the average ACT scores in different states. I'm particularly interested in Arkansas and North Carolina. Do any of you know which of these two states has a higher average ACT score for high school students?

Arkansas and North Carolina both have students who perform well on the ACT, but on average, North Carolina has a higher average ACT score than Arkansas. In recent years, North Carolina's average ACT score has generally been around 19.0-19.5, while Arkansas's average ACT score has been in the range of 18.5-19.0. Keep in mind that these are approximate values, and the averages can vary slightly from year to year. It's important to remember that these state averages don't necessarily reflect the performances of individual students or the competitiveness of specific colleges or universities within those states.
