When are SAT tests usually given?

Hey folks! I'm doing some planning for my testing schedule and I can't seem to figure out when SAT tests are usually administered. Can anyone help me out?

Sure! The SAT is typically administered seven times a year: in August, October, November, December, March, May, and June. The exact test dates for each year can be found on the College Board website. Keep in mind that registration deadlines are usually about a month before the test date, and you'll want to make sure you give yourself enough time to prepare for the exam.

Also, note that the SAT is now administered as a digital exam, so make sure you're familiar with the format and any changes that may have occurred as a result. The Bluebook™ app is a helpful resource that lets you preview the digital SAT and take a full-length practice test.

Plan ahead and consider the timing of your other commitments, such as extracurricular activities and schoolwork, when selecting your test date(s). It's important to find a balance that allows you to adequately prepare, while also avoiding conflicts with any of your other activities. Good luck!
