Resources for AP Language practice tests?

Hello! I'm currently taking AP Language and want to get as much practice as possible before the actual exam. Do you guys have any recommendations for where I can find reliable practice tests, specifically for the multiple choice portion? I want to make sure the resources I use closely simulate the real test. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hello! It's great that you want to prepare thoroughly for the AP Language exam. One of the best resources to start with is the College Board's own website, because they are the ones who create and administer the AP exams. They typically provide a few free-response and multiple-choice questions from previous exams on their website for students to practice with.

Additionally, you might want to look into purchasing or borrowing an AP Language and Composition review book, such as the ones produced by The Princeton Review, Barron's, or 5 Steps to a 5. These guides usually provide multiple practice tests that closely resemble the format and content of the actual exam, as well as explanations of the correct answers and strategies for approaching the multiple-choice portion.

Furthermore, many teachers and students find that the Albert.io platform offers helpful AP Language multiple-choice practice questions. While this resource requires a subscription, it provides a large question bank specifically designed to mimic the style and difficulty of the actual AP Language exam.

Lastly, you can also search for free AP Language practice resources online. Websites such as APPracticeExams.com, Varsity Tutors, and Khan Academy might have useful practice materials. Just be aware that the quality and accuracy of these resources can vary, so try to use more reputable sources when available.

Remember to practice consistently and review your mistakes to maximize your chances of success on the AP Language exam, and good luck!
