What can I bring to the SAT?

Hey folks! I've got my SAT coming up soon and I wanna make sure I have everything I need for the testing day. Could someone give me a quick rundown of the things I'm allowed to bring into the testing room? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey! Good luck on your upcoming SAT! Here's a list of things you should bring with you on test day:

1. Admission ticket: Make sure to print it out from your College Board account. This is required for entry to the testing center.

2. Acceptable photo ID: You'll need a valid and recent photo ID, such as a driver's license, state-issued ID, or passport.

3. No. 2 pencils: Bring at least two sharpened No. 2 pencils with erasers. Mechanical pencils are not allowed.

4. Approved calculator: You're allowed to use a calculator only for the Math sections. Bring one that adheres to the College Board's approved calculator list (graphing calculators, scientific calculators, or four-function calculators are allowed). Make sure it has fresh batteries.

5. Snacks and drinks: Bring a small snack and a drink (preferably water) to have during breaks, but keep in mind that you cannot consume them during testing. They must be kept under your desk or in a bag.

6. Wristwatch: A wristwatch (without an audible alarm) can help you keep track of time during the test, as not all testing rooms may have a visible clock. Smartwatches are not allowed.

7. Layers: Dress in comfortable clothing and consider wearing layers, as the temperature of the testing room can vary throughout the day.

Remember to leave your phone, smartwatches, or any other electronic devices at home or in the car, as they are not allowed in the testing room. Check with your testing center for any specific rules or requirements they may have.

Good luck!
