Stevens GPA calculator?

I'm applying to Stevens and want to figure out my GPA in their preferred format. Does anyone know if Stevens has a specific GPA calculator or any GPA conversion guidelines?

Stevens Institute of Technology uses a 4.0 GPA scale for evaluating applicants. If your high school also uses a GPA on a 4.0 scale, you can use your transcript as-is. However, if your high school uses a different scale (e.g., a 100-point scale or a 5.0 scale), you'll need to convert your GPA to the 4.0 scale for Stevens.

There isn't a specific GPA calculator created by Stevens, but you can use any standard GPA conversion tool to help you convert your GPA. Here's a general guideline to help you convert your GPA from different scales to a 4.0 scale:

- For a 100-point scale, divide your GPA by 25 (e.g., 85/25 = 3.4)

- For a 5.0 scale, divide your GPA by 1.25 (e.g., 4.5/1.25 = 3.6)

Please keep in mind these are simple conversion methods and might not precisely represent the GPA that Stevens will calculate. Schools may have a more nuanced approach when considering different application factors such as your course rigor and the nature of your academic coursework. The admissions office at Stevens will eventually convert and recalculate your GPA for their review process, so it's important to focus on having strong academic achievements and course selections rather than getting too caught up in the exact conversion. Good luck with your application!
