ACT Score for UGA?

Hi guys! I'm hoping to apply to the University of Georgia (UGA) and was wondering if anyone knows what ACT score range they're typically looking for. Can anyone offer some insight on this? Thank you!

Sure! While the University of Georgia (UGA) evaluates applicants holistically, it can be helpful to have a general idea of the test scores they typically accept. For the most recent admitted class, the middle 50% ACT composite score range was between 27 and 32.

Keep in mind that a score in that range doesn't guarantee admission, and having a score outside that range doesn't mean you won't be admitted. Admissions committees also consider your high school GPA, course rigor, extracurricular activities, essays, and other factors. That being said, having a competitive ACT score is certainly an important component of your application. If you find that your ACT score is below the middle 50% range for UGA, you may want to consider retaking the test to improve your chances.

Good luck with your application to UGA!
