Schools with International Business Major?

I want to major in international business, but I'm having difficulty finding schools that have a strong program. Can anyone share their experiences or recommend colleges with good international business major programs?

It's great that you're interested in pursuing an international business major! There are several colleges with strong international business programs. While I can't share personal experiences, I can certainly recommend some schools known for their programs in this field. Here are a few to consider:

1. University of South Carolina (Darla Moore School of Business): The university consistently ranks among the top schools for its undergraduate international business program. The Darla Moore School of Business offers a global mindset and emphasizes experiential learning, including study abroad opportunities.

2. New York University (Stern School of Business): NYU's Stern School of Business offers a Business and Political Economy program, which focuses on international business, politics, and economics. Students in the program also spend a year studying abroad at NYU's campuses in London and Shanghai.

3. University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School): Wharton's undergraduate business program is consistently ranked among the top in the nation. While they don't specifically have an international business major, they do offer a Global Analysis concentration, which provides a broad understanding of the global business environment.

4. Georgetown University (McDonough School of Business): Georgetown has a strong international focus given its location in Washington, D.C. The McDonough School of Business offers an undergraduate program in International Business Regional Studies, which allows students to specialize in a particular region of the world.

5. Florida International University (Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management): FIU offers a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, with a focus on practical application and international experiences through study abroad programs and internships.

These are just a few examples, and there are many more excellent international business programs out there. When researching schools, look for programs that offer a global perspective, study abroad opportunities, and real-world experience in the field. Good luck with your college search!
