BYU-Provo Student Numbers?

Hi all, I'm looking at BYU-Provo for my next step in education. Can anyone tell me about how many students typically attend? I'm just trying to get a feel for what life on campus could be like.

As of the most recent data, Brigham Young University in Provo, or BYU-Provo as you referred to it, has a total student body of over 33,000 students. The undergraduate enrollment is over 31,000 students and the graduate enrollment is about 2,500 students.

When considering the size of the student population, you should keep in mind that the size will likely have an effect on many aspects of your college experience. Since BYU-Provo is a fairly large university, you'll have the opportunity to meet and interact with a diverse set of peers. In addition, you'll likely have a large number of resources and opportunities available to you including a wide variety of majors and minors, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

However, it's important to remember that universities with large student populations can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming due to the sheer number of people. Some students may enjoy the vibrant and active environment, while others may find it intimidating or impersonal. In terms of class sizes, you may find that introductory courses, in particular, are larger, while upper-level classes and seminar courses offer a more intimate learning environment.

So, as you assess what your life could be like on campus, do consider these factors in addition to the numbers!
