How ACT scores equate to SAT scores?

Hey everyone, I decided to take the ACT but I've noticed a lot of college admission info talks about SAT scores. Is there a way or a tool to figure out what my ACT score would be equivalent to in SAT scores? Would this be useful, or should I just stick to thinking about my ACT score? Thanks!
