Desperate for last minute SAT tips!

I've got my SAT coming up alarmingly soon and I'm freaking out a bit! I've done a decent amount of prep, but I've still got those last minute nerves kicking in. Anyone out there with some magic last minute SAT study hacks or test-day tips? Much appreciated.

Take a deep breath first. Remember, your score on one test isn't going to make or break your entire college application. But here are a few last-minute tips to help you maximize your performance:

1. Take a Practice Test: Even if you've done this before, take another practice test similar to the actual SAT. Not only does this give you a chance to familiarize yourself further with the test format, but it will also help you identify areas where you might want to focus your last-minute study efforts.

2. Sleep and Nutrition: Make sure you're getting enough sleep in the days leading up to the test, as under-rested brains underperform. Eat a balanced meal before the test to ensure your brain and body have the energy they need.

3. Review: Rather than learning new concepts, focus on reviewing what you've already learned. A last-minute cram might lead to confusion, so try to solidify what you already know.

4. Use the Bluebook™ App: As the SAT has gone digital, use the Bluebook™ app to get used to the digital format and timing of the test.

5. Preparation of Resources: Spend the day before the test making sure that you have everything ready to go. This includes pencils, your ID, test registration ticket, calculator, etc. Once you have your bag packed, you can relax and turn your thoughts off about the big day.

6. Time Management: Keep in mind that the digital SAT allows about 71 seconds per question for Reading and Writing and 96 seconds per question for Math. Try to keep a steady pace without spending too much time on any one question.

7. Stay Calm: On test day, adopt a positive mindset and stay calm. Everyone feels nervous during these types of tests, but maintaining a calm and collected demeanor can help you focus and perform better.

Good luck! You're going to do great!
