Hey guys, just wanted your two cents on this. I need to send my SAT scores to some colleges, but I'm not sure how many days it will take for them to receive it. Can anybody tell me from their experience how long does the College Board usually take to send SAT scores? Thanks a million!

From what I've understood, it usually takes around 1-2 weeks for College Board to send your SAT scores to colleges. After ordering your SAT score sendout, the scores are typically dispatched to the colleges the next business day. Following that, it usually takes colleges a week or so to post these scores to your account.
But do bear in mind that this can fluctuate depending on the college you're sending to and the volume of requests College Board is handling at the time. A good rule of thumb is to always send your scores at least two weeks before the college's deadline, to ensure there's ample time for your scores to be processed.
Also, many colleges allow you to self-report your scores on your application, and only require official scores if you are accepted and plan to enroll. This can be a good option to ensure your scores are known by the college sooner, while the official scores are being sent.
