Example of SAT Math Question

Hey everyone! As part of my SAT studying, I'm trying to gather as many sample questions as I can, especially for the Math section. Does anyone know a good source for SAT Math sample questions, or could someone share a few here? Thanks in advance!

Absolutely, preparing yourself with practice questions is a wonderful way to get ready for the SAT Math section. I can definitely share an example of what you might encounter:

Here's a multiple-choice question:

If an object is traveling at a speed of 20 meters per second, how far does it travel in an hour?

A) 72000 meters

B) 1200 meters

C) 12000 meters

D) 7200 meters

And here's a grid-in question:

Solve for x in the equation 3x - 2 = 10.

Note that you'll have both multiple-choice and grid-in questions on your SAT Math test.

For reliable ongoing sources of practice questions, consider the following:

1) Khan Academy: They've partnered with College Board (the creators of the SAT) to provide practice questions and full-length tests.

2) The College Board's Official SAT Practice Tests: These come directly from the test makers and are ideal for getting an understanding of what you'll face on test day.

3) CollegeVine: Has a variety of informative blog posts containing study tips for SAT test-takers, including some that focus on Math practice questions in particular. You can access them here: https://blog.collegevine.com/category/standardized-tests/sat/

I hope this overview helps! Best of luck with your studying.
