Easy majors with future scope?

Does anyone know about majors that might be a little less rigorous (but not totally easy) and yet also have potential job markets?

There is no such thing as a universally 'easy' major as each individual can find different subjects to be simpler or more complex based on their natural abilities and interest. However, there certainly are majors that may be a balance between less intensive coursework and strong job markets.

One that comes to mind is Communications. Communications majors explore theories of interpersonal communication, research, writing, organizational communication, mass media, and more. A degree in Communications can land you a job in a wide variety of fields post-graduation such as Marketing, Media Relations, Broadcasting, Public Relations, and more.

Another choice can be Business Administration or Business Management. While they require a good grasp of multiple disciplines like finance, management, marketing, and organizational behavior, these are practical disciplines that students often find relatable and less abstract than other fields. Upon graduation, you could have a multitude of pathways such as finance, consulting, human resources, or running your own business.

Health Sciences is another less rigorous major with good future opportunities, especially if you’re interested in fields related to healthcare but not looking to go into very rigorous fields like pre-med. Health sciences cover the basics of health, healthcare systems, and healthcare services. Jobs can range from health education, healthcare administration, environmental health, etc.

Remember, the 'ease' or 'difficulty' of a major is very subjective, what is vital is your interest and passion for the subject as this would sustain your motivation through your studies and beyond.
