New Paltz Acceptance Rate: How hard is it to get in?

So, I've been looking at New Paltz and I really like what I see. From the campus vibe to the programs, it seems perfect. But, I'm a bit perplexed about their acceptance rate. What is it? And what does that say about the competitiveness of their admissions?
