What's the SAT score needed for UCLA?

Hello guys! So, I'm setting my targets here and UCLA is kinda dreamy for me. However, I'm not sure what SAT score they usually require. Can anyone guide me?

As of the 2024-2025 admissions cycle, all UC schools, including UCLA, are test-blind, which means they will not consider SAT scores in their admissions decisions at all. This policy applies to all students, regardless of where they live or their socioeconomic status. Instead of focusing on improving your SAT score, you should direct your attention to other significant parts of your application such as maintaining a strong GPA in challenging courses, writing compelling essays, and meaningfully participating in extracurricular activities.

However, while SAT scores do not directly impact your application, studying for the SAT can still have indirect benefits. Preparing for the SAT can enhance your problem-solving, critical reading, and math abilities, which can ultimately improve your academic performance and boost your high school GPA. Schools like UCLA place significant emphasis on academic performance, so anything that can positively influence your grades is a worthwhile investment.
