Need Info on the most liberal schools in the US

I'm starting to look at colleges, and I'm really interested in finding a school with strong liberal values. Can anyone help me out with a list of the most liberal colleges in the US?

Absolutely, there are indeed a number of colleges that tend to lean more liberal in terms of both student body and the overall campus culture. Keep in mind, however, that colleges cannot officially align themselves with a political ideology but this list is gathered based on student population ideologies, events and courses offered by the institutions.

Firstly, we have Oberlin College in Ohio, known for its rich history of progressive ideologies. This college was one of the first in the nation to admit both women and African American students, and its student-run co-op programs are highly popular.

Bard College in New York also tends to attract a very liberal student body. The college's curriculum and extracurricular activities, such as the Bard Prison Initiative, reflect its commitment to social justice.

Wesleyan University, located in Connecticut, is known for its culture of political activism, focusing especially on social justice and sustainability.

We can't forget about University of California, Berkeley. Located in one of the country's most liberal cities, the university is known for its history of student activism.

Finally, Sarah Lawrence College in New York's curriculum is built on liberal arts and stresses independent work over traditional grading. The college's overall culture puts heavy emphasis on critical discourse and activism.

Remember, the political leanings of a school can mostly be felt outside the classroom—in the life and community of the campus. It's also worth noting that there will be a variety of viewpoints and opinions at any college, so be open-minded and respectful of different perspectives. It's always recommended to visit campuses (if possible), talk to current students, and explore the social and political culture on campus. This will give you a better sense of the overall environment and, remember, college is a chance to expand your worldviews and meet people with different perspectives.
