Recommendations for Criminal Justice Colleges?

Hi everyone! I'm super interested in pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice after graduating high school. Can anyone here give me some recommendations for good Criminal Justice programs? Would be much appreciated!

Absolutely! I'm glad you're on the path of pursuing your interest.

Firstly, University of Maryland - College Park is an excellent choice. Their Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice is one of the top in the U.S. and offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in the subject.

Pennsylvania State University - University Park is another great school to consider. Their Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice program combines a broad education in the liberal arts and social sciences with a specialized understanding of crime and justice.

Northeastern University in Boston offers a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. In addition to strong academic offerings, Northeastern is known for its strong co-op program which would provide you with real-world experience in the field of criminal justice.

SUNY Albany's School of Criminal Justice is also highly respected and offers a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. The curriculum in this undergraduate program explores the justice system, the history of crime, and the ways society responds to crime.

Lastly, if you're looking into the West Coast, I'd highly recommend University of California--Irvine. They offer a criminology, law and society major that provides a robust understanding of the interplay between legal systems and societal issues - it's a bit broader than just crime and law enforcement, but provides a unique perspective.

All these colleges have strong criminal justice programs, and it's a mix of different types of schools and different locations. Consider factors like location, size of the school, cost, etc when narrowing down your options.
