Understand PSAT Scores, Can Anyone Help?

Hey everyone, I just took the PSAT and I'm kind of lost about how to view my scores. I know you can access them online, but where exactly do I go? Is there a specific website or portal I should be aware of?

Certainly, I'd be happy to help you understand how to access your PSAT scores.

Your PSAT scores will be available online on the College Board's website. You'll need to log into your College Board account to view them. If you don't already have an account, you'll need to create one. Be sure to use the same email address you provided when you signed up for the PSAT.

Once you've logged into your account, there should be a section for "My SAT." Even though the PSAT is a different test, this is where you'll find your PSAT scores as well. When your scores are available, you should see a link to view them on your dashboard.

Remember, your PSAT score is not a direct conversion to what your SAT score would be, but it can give you a good approximation of the range you are likely to score. And of course, these scores can, and often do, improve with further preparation!

As of Fall 2023, the maximum score for each section (Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, and Math) on the PSAT/NMSQT is 760, making the highest possible total score 1520.

Let me know if you need more help with interpreting your PSAT scores or have any other questions! I'm here to help.
