University of Georgia Average SAT Score?

Hey guys! University of Georgia seems like a perfect fit for me. But I don't really know where I stand academically. Can anybody share the average SAT scores concerning UGA admissions?

Absolutely, the University of Georgia (UGA) has competitive SAT score requirements. For the most recent admitted class, the middle 50% range for the SAT was between 1280 and 1470. This means that 25% of admitted students scored below 1280, and 25% of admitted students scored above 1470.

That said, it's good to keep in mind that these scores are not strict cut-offs or guarantees of admission. UGA takes a holistic approach to reviewing applications, considering factors beyond just test scores, such as high school academic performance, leadership roles, extracurricular involvement, and more. Your score is just one of the factors they consider.

Another point to remember is that these figures can fluctuate slightly from year to year, so it's always a good idea to check the most recent statistics on UGA's admissions website or contact the admissions office directly for updated information.

Keep in mind, however, UGA is implementing a test-optional policy for Fall 2025 applicants. This means you have the option to submit your SAT scores, but they are not required as part of your application.
