Thoughts on Cal State Monterrey Bay?

Does anyone have experience with Cal State Monterrey Bay? I'm pondering if I should apply there or not. Can anyone give me a lowdown on the general atmosphere and educational quality there? Cheers!

Cal State Monterey Bay is a public university and a part of the California State University system.
