Help with retrieving old SAT scores

Hello! A couple of years ago I took the SAT, and now I need to access my old scores. Does anyone know how to do that? Are they still available or do they get deleted after a certain time period? All help appreciated.

SAT scores from the College Board (which administers the SAT) are available online for students to view. You should be able to access your scores by logging into your College Board account. If you go to the "My SAT" section, you'll find a list of your score reports. You should see an option to view detailed results, which will display your scores.

If you took the SAT longer than a year ago and don't see your scores in "My SAT", you may have to use the College Board's Score Reporting Service. There is a fee for using this service, which increases if you need the scores rushed, but it allows you to retrieve older scores.

As for how long they keep scores, the College Board archives all SAT scores for your lifetime, so you should be able to retrieve yours regardless of when you took the test.

Please remember your username and password or the email address you used to create your College Board account. If you have forgotten them, there are options to recover your account via "forgot username" or "forgot password" links on the sign-in page.

Keep in mind that sending these scores directly to colleges may also incur a fee. If you self-report your scores on your application and are then admitted, you will need to have the College Board send an official score report to confirm your scores.
