Hey guys, I'm planning on applying to Cal Poly in the future and just curious about what kind of test scores (ACT, SAT, etc.) they're looking for. Anyone who's gone through the process and can provide some perspective, that would be awesome!
For the 2024-2025 application cycle, all California State University (CSU) schools, including Cal Poly, have adopted a test-blind admissions policy. This means that they do not consider SAT or ACT scores in their admissions decisions at all. Instead of focusing on standardized test scores, Cal Poly will primarily consider your grades, and course rigor.
CollegeVine’s Q&A seeks to offer informed perspectives on commonly asked admissions questions. Every answer is refined and validated by our team of admissions experts to ensure it resonates with trusted knowledge in the field.
