Insights into CTY Program

I've heard a lot about the Center for Talented Youth (CTY) Program, but don't know too much about it. Has anyone here participated in it or know someone who has? What was the experience like?

The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) is a well-regarded program targeted at gifted students. Participants often find the experience challenging and rewarding since the program provides accelerated and in-depth courses that go beyond typical school curricula.

From those who have participated, CTY courses are described as rigorous and engaging, providing deep explorations into subjects that might not be as thoroughly covered in traditional school programs. These courses can help students further develop their interest in specific areas, such as science, math, humanities, or the arts.
