Elon's GPA requirements - how strict are they?

Hey guys, wondering about Elon's GPA requirement. My grades aren't top-notch but I've got some solid extracurriculars and will work hard on my essays. Do you know if Elon strictly adheres to their GPA requirements or is there some flexibility?
