ACT requirements for University of Georgia?

Y'all, University of Georgia is on my dream college list and I'm going to take the ACT soon. Just to aim right, do we know what ACT score UGA usually looks for in their potential students? A quick reply would be awesome!

University of Georgia (UGA) is a moderately competitive school and they view your ACT scores as part of a holistic review process. That being said, according to the most recent data, the middle 50% of admitted students scored between a 28 and 33 on the ACT.

This means that if you score within this range, you have a competitive chance of being considered for admission. However, scoring above this range could potentially increase your odds, and likewise, scoring below this range may make admission more challenging, although not impossible, since UGA reviews each application holistically.

However, it’s always essential to keep in mind that test scores are just one aspect of the admission process. Other elements like GPA, coursework rigor, extracurricular activities, and personal essays play a significant role too. So, while aiming for the highest score possible is a good strategy, don't disregard other important aspects of your application.

Lastly, remember that these statistics change each year based on the applicant pool and institutional goals. It's always best to check the most current information on UGA's website or directly get in touch with their admissions department.
