Opportunities in the military for a college dropout?

Hey guys, junior here with a scenario that's been on my mind. Say a person drops out of college (for whatever reason). Can such a person still have a chance at joining the military? Do they entertain dropouts? Or do they only consider those who've completed high school or college?
