Any Reddit Threads worth Reading about Joining the Military Post-College?

Hi folks, I'm looking for personal experiences or stories from people who joined the military after finishing college. Do you guys know any Reddit threads or subreddits that would be good to dig into? I feel like they could provide some valuable insight.

Sure, Reddit can be a helpful resource when it comes to exploring personal experiences and first-hand accounts. The subreddit r/military is an active community where people often share their experiences related to various aspects of military life, including joining post-college. More specifically, r/veterans is also a valuable source of information where you can find discussions from those who have ended their military service and are reflecting on their experiences.

Another subreddit to consider is r/ROTC for those who are or were in the Reserve Officers' Training Corps in college, which is a common path for entering the military post-college.

Also, try asking your own questions in these subs. In my experience, the communities are typically quite responsive and open about their experiences.

A word of caution though: just like with any online forum, take everything you read with a grain of salt. Personal experiences can vastly differ, and it's always best to supplement them with official information from military recruiters or other reliable sources.
