Need some insights on Case Western's application

Hi, I'm putting Case Western on my college list and I'm trying to prepare a strong application. Does anyone have tips or anything they wish they'd known when they were applying to Case Western?

Case Western Reserve University's application has a few unique aspects it might be helpful for you to be aware of.

Firstly, Case Western is test-optional. However, if you are considering submitting test scores, the mid-50% range of accepted students at Case Western is typically around 1440-1530 for the SAT and 32-35 for the ACT.

Another point to consider is the emphasis Case Western places on research. If you're applying for a research-oriented program like biomedical engineering, for example, it would be beneficial if you could demonstrate that you have substantial research experience or at least a strong interest in pursuing research.

Lastly, even if you don't plan on applying Early Decision because of financial considerations or if Case Western isn't your top choice, consider applying Early Action. It's non-binding, so you aren't obligated to attend if accepted, but the earlier submission might give you an edge.

Best of luck with your application! Case Western is a great school with a lot to offer.
