Is there a GPA calculator provided by Baruch?

Hey guys, doing some academic planning here and I was wondering if there's a way to calculate my GPA using a tool provided by Baruch. Has anyone used one, and how accurate is it?

While Baruch College does not offer its own GPA calculator, it does provide the grading scale on its website, which can help you manually calculate your GPA. However, you can also use various free online GPA calculators.

To calculate your GPA, look at the scale that corresponds to the letter grade that you received in your courses. For example, an A is typically equal to a 4.0 on a 4.0 GPA scale. Each B is a 3.0, and so forth. Then, you multiply the value of the grade by the credit value of the class. Add up these totals, and then divide by the total number of credits you've completed.

Make sure you're applying the appropriate grade to each class according to Baruch's specific grading scale. Also, remember some classes might have more credits than others, which should be taken into account.

Remember that this calculation will give you a rough but typically reliable estimate of your GPA, since the official calculation may incorporate other factors according to Baruch's specific policies. For the most accurate information, you should reach out to your academic advisor or the registrar's office at Baruch.
