College Difficulty & Grade Inflation

I know this might be a tricky subject, but are there certain colleges where it might be easier to maintain a higher GPA or where they tend to give out higher grades? Please don't misunderstand, I do plan on studying hard and earning my grades. But we all know, not all colleges grade similarly, right?
