Suggestions for easy online electives?

Hey, I'm planning to take a couple of electives online to lighten my last semesters' course load. Just wondering if anyone has experiences with online courses that were kind of easy. Not looking for a free pass but something manageable alongside my major subjects.

Absolutely, I understand where you're coming from - it's important to balance your workload especially during your final semesters. Here are a few online general education courses that students often find manageable:

1. Introductory Psychology: This course deals with human perception, cognitive processes, and behavioral features. It generally involves many interesting case studies making it engaging.

2. Art Appreciation: This course gives students a basic understanding of art elements, design, styles and themes, mediums, techniques, and art from different cultures and times. It can be a refreshing change of pace.

3. Public Speaking: While this class may seem daunting to some, typically the focus is on crafting your speeches and improving your public speaking skills, both of which are extremely valuable soft skills.

4. Creative Writing: This course can be relaxing yet stimulating for those who love language and storytelling, and you might improve your writing skills along the way too.

5. Environmental Science/Studies: Courses in this area can be quite explorative and give you a broader perspective of the world beyond your chosen field.

6. Introduction to Philosophy: An accessible introduction can provide useful skills in critical thinking and analysis.

7. Fitness and Wellness: Great way to learn about health and fitness strategies, managing stress, and leading a balanced life.

Please bear in mind that difficulty can be quite subjective and these courses still require time and effort - make sure to get feedback from other students who have taken the course, or better yet, look for syllabi from previous years to get an idea of the workload. Choose courses that align with your interests, as you will find them more manageable and enjoyable.
