Looking for Suitable Classes: What are the Easiest College Classes?

Hey y'all, I'm trying to strike the perfect balance between challenging myself but not overwhelming myself during my freshman year. I heard it's a good strategy to mix more difficult courses with some 'easier' ones. So, are there any universally known 'easier' college classes that you guys could suggest?

The term 'easier' can be subjective because it largely depends on what you're interested in and excel at. However, there are classes that are generally held to be more manageable, and they can indeed help you achieve that balance you're going after.

Introductory language classes can be a great mix of enjoyable and easy, particularly if you have some background in the language. These classes often focus on basic vocabulary and conversation skills, so if you've studied the language in high school, they can be a great way to ease into college curriculum while also earning credits.

Classes in personal development or life skills are another option. These might cover topics like stress management, time management, personal finance or public speaking. They're typically engaging, highly practical, and not overly rigorous.
