What's the easiest life science class in college?

Hello everyone, I'm a junior mapping out my potential college schedule and I realized I'll have to take a life science class. I'm not particularly science-oriented, so I was wondering which life science classes are the easiest to handle?

You might want to consider something like a general biology course or an introductory environmental science class. Both of these, depending on the university, tend not to be as heavy in lab work as some other life science courses, which can make them more manageable if you're not a big science fan.
