Easiest things to sell on a college campus?

I'm trying to figure out ways to make some extra money in college and I thought about selling things on campus. Does anyone have tips on what's easy to sell on a college campus to make some side cash? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Respondent 1:

A clever idea to earn money is to become an entrepreneur on campus! What you sell will mostly depend on what resources you have access to, and it'll also need to fit the needs of your fellow students.

One popular idea is selling gently-used clothing or accessories. Many college students are always looking for new pieces without breaking the bank, so selling these items opens a good opportunity. If you or your friends have clothes or accessories in good condition from known brands that you don't use or want, you can sell those for a lower price.

Respondent 2:

Keep a pulse on common necessities that students may need throughout the school year! Items such as textbooks, study materials, art supplies, or even tech like calculators can be big hits. Textbooks are known to cost quite a bit when new, so affordable second-hand versions often sell fast. Just ensure these items are in good condition.

Do keep in mind to respect your university’s rules and regulations. Some campuses have strict regulations when it comes to students selling items, so it's essential to understand these rules before setting up shop.

Respondent 3:

Snacks or drinks can be both easy to sell and coveted on a college campus. You could consider selling homemade baked goods, coffee, tea, or even energy drinks. This can be incredibly appealing, especially during exam periods when students are looking for a quick pick-me-up between their studies. Remember, anybody handling food or drink would need to comply with necessary hygiene protocols and local authorities' guidelines, so please check out the regulations in your area.
