Easiest Classes in College?

Hi, I'm a rising senior and have decided where I'd like to go to college after I graduate. I've been looking at different classes that interest me. While I'm planning to challenge myself, it'd be nice to have a lighter course load too. What are some of the easiest classes to take during my first term?
