Looking for Easiest Classes at Salisbury University

I'm going to be a freshman at Salisbury University in the fall, and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the new stuff I've got to learn. Are there any notably easier classes that you would recommend for a newcomer like me? Don't misinterpret, I'm not looking for easy A's, just trying to reduce initial stress. Thanks in advance!

To feel less overwhelmed, one of the key aspects is to familiarize yourself with the classes and professors. This will help you decide what courses might be a good fit for you considering your individual learning style and interests. From what I’ve heard, there are several classes at Salisbury University known for being approachable and entry-level, which can make the transition into college a bit easier.

- BIOL 105: Biology and Society - This course introduces the non-biology major to the broad principles, fundamental ideas, and new discoveries in biology that significantly affect the human being’s present and future existence. Relates the study of biology to the pressing social and cultural issues of today

- MATH 105: Liberal Arts Mathematics - Study of the beauty and structure of mathematics, with emphasis on quantitative and analytical reasoning skills. This class previews various areas of mathematics or its applications will be used as a vehicle for this study. The course was designed for students whose major area of study does not have specific requirements in mathematics.

- ENGL 103: Composition and Research - This course focuses on argument, critical reading and writing, and information literacy.

Remember, every student’s learning style is different, so the best class for you might differ from another student. Try to explore ratemyprofessors.com, a platform where students share their genuine experiences and opinions regarding professors and courses. It could provide more personalized advice based on the variety of perspectives from your peers. Consider looking at the course syllabus where available, and even reaching out to upperclassmen to gain deeper insight.
