Less Challenging Business Classes at the University of Florida

I'm a junior who's really interested in business. I'm looking at the University of Florida's program. Any advice on what the less challenging business classes might be there?

While all the business coursework at the University of Florida is designed to be rigorous and intellectually stimulating, some classes may be perceived slightly less demanding due to their topic area, which can play to some students' inherent skills or interests.
