Is college really one of the easiest parts of life?

Hey, I've heard people say college is one of the 'easiest' parts of life, but looking around this sub, it seems like everyone's under a lot of stress. Can anyone help reconcile these two perspectives? What arguments do people usually present to explain why college is supposedly so easy?
