What are the easiest majors at community college?

I'm leaning towards attending community college after high school, can anyone advise which majors are generally easier to study?

When it comes to the difficulty of a major at a community college, it's really going to depend on your own interests and strengths. However, there are some majors that are generally considered to have a less rigorous study/workload. For example, General Studies or Liberal Arts can be considered easier because they often allow students to pick and choose from a wide variety of elective courses which could align with their personal interests or existing knowledge base.

Social Science majors such as Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology are also sometimes perceived as less demanding due to their less intensive focus on mathematics or hard science compared to majors such as Chemistry, Physics or Engineering.

Business Administration or Management majors can also be seen as more accessible depending on the courses offered at your community college. These programs often feature real-world case studies and practical situations that can be easier to understand for students who prefer more application-based learning.

That being said, it's crucial to remember the main purpose of attending a community college, which is to prepare for the next steps in your academic or professional path. If you have an end goal in mind - whether it's transferring to a four-year institution or entering a specific workforce sector - consider gearing your studies towards that goal rather than opting for what may seem like an easier route. After all, you want to ensure that the time and effort you invest in your education serves you well in the long run.

In summary, while there are majors perceived as easier, I would urge you to think about what subjects you enjoy and where you see your future path. The easiest major for you might very well be the one you are most interested in and have a passion for. Happy studying!
