Easiest Summer Classes in College

I am wanting to take a couple of classes over the summer term to speed up my graduation process. However, I also want to have some free time during my summer break. Can y'all recommend me some courses that are relatively easy in the summer semester?

First of all, remember that what's considered "easy" varies significantly depending on your strengths, interests, and previous academic experiences. That being said, there are some universally acknowledged "lighter" courses that many students find manageable over a short and intense summer term.
