Absolutely, there are multiple institutions globally that are known for their competitive admissions processes.

1. In the United States, beyond the Ivy League, there are other highly selective institutions like Stanford University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). These schools have acceptance rates below 7%, making them some of the most competitive in the country.

2. In the United Kingdom, besides Oxbridge (Oxford and Cambridge), the Imperial College London, as well as the London School of Economics (LSE), are known for their competitive admissions, particularly in STEM and social sciences, respectively.

3. In Asia, the University of Tokyo in Japan and Tsinghua University in China are renowned for their stringent admissions processes, especially for students who aren't natives of these countries. They're known for high standards in sciences and engineering.

4. Sciences Po in France, which specializes in social sciences, and École Normale Supérieure which focuses more on humanities and sciences, are notoriously selective, often requiring prospective students to undertake rigorous entrance exams.

5. Lastly, in Switzerland, the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich) are two of the hardest schools to get accepted into, known for their top-tier engineering and science programs.

It's key to remember, admissions rates aren't the only measure of a university's prestige or the quality of its programs. They more so spell out the competition amongst the applicant pool. It's also crucial to remember that fitting well with your university's culture and academic focus is equally important.
