South Africa's Most Selective Universities

Hi all, I've always been intrigued by South Africa and its rich culture and history. This might seem like a long shot, but does anyone know what the hardest university to get into there might be? I'm interested in challenging myself and would love to know! Thanks.

UCT’s selectivity is notable, particularly for programs such as Health Sciences, Business Studies, and Engineering degrees. They consider not only academic scores but also require submission of a National Benchmark Test (NBT).

2. The University of Pretoria is also a well-known institution in South Africa. It is the largest contact university in South Africa and boasts over 35,700 undergraduate students. Its Faculty of Veterinary Science is the only of its kind in South Africa.

3. University of Witwatersrand (Wits) is another highly prestigious university, particularly known for degrees in Mining Engineering and Paleosciences. Wits also utilizes the NBT alongside high school final exam performance.
