Ontario's Hardest University to Enter

Hey friends! Application season is fast approaching and I'm from Ontario. Can anyone tell me which is the hardest university to gain acceptances here? Also, what factors into this? Is it based on acceptance rate, competitiveness, or high entry requirements?
