Navigating the PSAT score report system

Quick question for y'all - once the PSAT is done and dusted, how exactly do you see your scores online? I've heard it can be a bit confusing, and I want to make sure I don't mess anything up when the time comes.

Hello there! Totally understand wanting to be prepared for when PSAT scores roll out. It's pretty simple to check your scores online once they’re available. You’ll need to log in to your College Board account – that's the same one where you would register for SATs and view AP scores, if applicable. If you haven't created an account yet, it's easy to set up at collegeboard.org. Just be sure to have your personal information and your PSAT/NMSQT access code handy, which you can typically find on your PSAT paper score report or by asking your school counselor. Once you’re logged in, navigate to the PSAT/NMSQT section, and you’ll see your scores there. They usually release them in December, a couple of months after you take the test. And don't hesitate to reach out to your school’s counseling office if you run into any issues; they’re there to help you through the process!
