As a college admissions counselor, I've had the opportunity to engage with a number of students who have attended Lehigh University. From the feedback I received, many students speak highly of Lehigh in terms of its academic rigor and the support they received from faculty.

Lehigh's academic rigor is considered fairly challenging but manageable. It's a school that requires an investment of time and effort in your studies, but most students feel that the rigor tends to be well-matched to their abilities. Professors generally have high expectations but are also available outside class to offer additional help and guidance.

Regarding faculty support, one plus that comes up a lot is the accessibility and involvement of professors and faculty members at Lehigh. Most of the professors go out of their way to provide helpful and personalized feedback on students' works. They also have substantial experience in their field, which could help students in real-world problem-solving. Again, many students mentioned that professors keep generous office hours and are responsive to emails.

In terms of campus life, it appears to be pretty vibrant. Lehigh has a good number of student-focused clubs, organizations, and campus events that cater to a wide range of interests. Greek life is quite prominent and plays a significant role in the social scene, but that isn't the only way to get involved. The University is nestled in the city of Bethlehem, providing an array of restaurants, cultural sites, and annual events, such as Musikfest.

One thing that some students mentioned as a potential downside is the lack of diversity. Lehigh has traditionally not had a very diverse student body, although there are efforts underway to change this.

Lastly, it's important to note that many students appreciate the strong alumni network at Lehigh, as networking with alumni has helped students secure internships and job opportunities post-graduation.

Please bear in mind that experiences can greatly vary from student to student. A great way of getting a personalized view of this institution would be to reach out to current students or alumni as well.
