Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) is indeed an excellent institution to consider for your undergraduate studies. It is particularly renowned for its programs in engineering and health sciences, including pre-medical studies, nursing, and biomedical engineering.

When it comes to professors, many students appreciate that a majority of them, besides being experts in their field, are also approachable and genuinely invested in the success of their students. Many professors are involved in interesting research, which provides students with valuable opportunities to participate in projects they're passionate about.

One of the university's standout resources is the Sears think[box], a space dedicated to innovation and creativity. This 7-story facility is a public-access center for innovation, meant to provide a space to tinker, invent, prototype, and launch new ventures. Being one of the largest university-based innovation centers in the world, it sets CWRU apart from many similar institutions.

CWRU's location in Cleveland, Ohio, also provides ample opportunities for internships, co-op programs, and job placements, particularly in the healthcare sector given its proximity to University Hospitals and the Cleveland Clinic. These prestigious institutions are just minutes away, making it convenient for students to gain practical exposure and network with professionals in their chosen field.

However, I would caution that like any university, CWRU might not be the right fit for everyone.
