I've been thinking about UC Riverside and I'd like to know more about the campus size. Do any of you know how big the campus is, both in terms of area and student population?
UC Riverside's campus spans approximately 1,200 acres. This includes both the built-up locations and the natural reserves. It's a decent-sized campus with a good mix of academic buildings, student housing, and recreational areas.
In terms of student population, in 2024, UC Riverside had close to 26,500 students. The number fluctuates year-to-year based on the admission rates, but it's consistently around the 25,000 mark.
All of this to say, the campus is spacious with a large and diverse student body. It's definitely a place filled with various opportunities for academics, research, networking, and socializing.
